This recap is short and sweet because it was mostly soccer. Hey, no complaints, because I love it. (Just don’t ask me to play!) Here’s what we were up to:

• Soccer-Dill’s in a men’s league in Madison and played in a tournament this weekend.  It was crazy – seven quick games in two days. I was tired just watching, can’t even imagine how they felt. We lost in the championship, but they played so well throughout all the games. Wrapped up indoor and waiting for outdoor to start again.
• DIY Bookmarks– I made some DIY bookmarks last weekend in the hopes of being inspired to read more at home. And what do ya know, I’ve actually picked up a book again. Not reading as much as I’d like, but it’s a start. Hoping to get even more into it the next couple weeks.
• Coffee and Tea- Ahh throwback to our early blog name “He likes coffee; She likes tea”. Truth be told, we equally love our coffee and tea. Some days I am all about steeping some coffee, but others I just need a cup of tea. My mother-in-law gifted me a bunch of loose tea for Christmas from Teavana at their closeout sale-so sad they closed. Going to have to get the rest of my tea set from somewhere else. But since I’ve got so much great tea, I’m all about it lately. So, to my tea drinkers out there, favorites? Tea rooms? Give me all the ideas.

Short and sweet, and it flew. I don’t think I was quite ready for the week to begin. Ever have those weeks that you’re just playing catch up? One of those for me. Here’s to hoping we get it back on track.
